Facing who you are can sometimes be difficult but in radical honesty, we can find our way. When someone asks “How are you?” reply with how you truly feel, what you truly think — it's only then can we get what we truly need.

Evading and concealing the truth only hurts you more, I know from experience, but you can begin with the small truths, inevitably making the bigger ones that much lighter to bear.
